Both Dimension One and Softub realised there was a need to bring their products into the area, and who better to be their specialist representative than Andy, who was factory trained by them in California. Andy has over 7 years technical and sales experience of both brands which he and his wife Rita, choose to specialise in.  This factor makes the service Affinity has to offer truly unique as the service they pride themselves on offering to anyone who contacts them either via email, telephone or in person at their showroom means whether they enquiry is of a sales, installation or technical nature, you actually speak to the same person instead of being passed from one department to another! They are also proud to be the authorised service agents covering the whole of the UK with full approval from both Dimension One Europe and Softub UK.  Their service company Spa Tech which they started in January 2005 to give technical assistance and advice to both customers and dealers throughout the UK now comes under the Affinity umbrella.

The 5000sq ft showroom, is infact, the largest in the UK for Dimension One and Softub, boasting up to 15 wet and dry models on display at any one time in a variety of shell and skirt options available - from a 2 to 4 person Softub Hot Tub to a 19ft dual temp Dimension One Aquatic Fitness System.  With full changing room facilities on-site, all visitors to the showroom are encouraged to bring their swimwear and participate in Affinity's "try-before-you-buy" sales policy. Out of hours wet test appointments are always available.

Andy & Rita take advantage of the supply chain and stockholding operation available to them ensuring that parts, accessories, filters and chemicals can usually be supplied and fitted within 7 days.
